Services
We provide the following class of visas
Family visa
Family Reunification remains a cornerstone of Canada’s immigration policy. Families in Canada can sponsor their relatives to come to Canada on a permanent basis. In order to qualify to sponsor your relative, you have to be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Also who you can sponsor is: your spouse and children under the age of 22 (there are some exceptions to this). Sponsoring your parents or grandparents is no longer an option at this time. However, you can bring them to Canada under the Super Visa Category.
Work permits
Many applicants for Canadian immigration first get Canadian job offers, apply for a work visa and then on that basis, immigrate to Canada. The LMIA involves securing a Canadian job offer, having the Canadian employer apply for an LMIA through Service Canada, and then the applicant applying for the work permit after the LMIA is approved. This is a very involved processes but can lead to Canadian permanent residence.
Permanent Residency
Permanent Residency in Canada is a status of granting someone who is not a Canadian citizen the right to live and work in Canada without any time limit on their stay. To become a permanent resident a foreign national must apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), formerly known as Citizenship and Immigration Canada, under one several programs. Canada is known as the most ideal country to obtain permanent residency visa, in view of its soft immigration policies, high employment rate, and perfect setting to raise family. The permanent residents of Canada are given the Permanent Resident Card(PR Card) as proof that they are permanent residents of Canada (in case the card holder travels outside Canada). The card holder would require the PR Card if he re-enters Canada after leaving it once. Benefits of being a permanent resident.
Study permit
To study in Canada, you'll need to obtain a Canadian Study Permit, which serves as a Canadian Student Visa for the duration of your stay.
Visitor visa
A visitor visa (also called a temporary resident visa) is an official document that we stick in your passport. It shows that you meet the requirements needed to enter Canada.
Business visa
If you want to visit Canada on business, you’ll need to understand what a business visitor is, what you can do as a business visitor, and what you’ll need to do and bring to enter Canada.
Investment visa
The Canadian government has a special class of visa for those who wants to invest in Canada. This gives them more freedom and special privileges to carry out business activities.
